Working Priciple
Winsonda WJZ Balanced Charge purification technology creatively combines proprietary balanced charge technology and mechanical filtration technology to discharge the fluid at a specific frequency and intensity of dynamic change, and determines the distribution of pollution particles in the fluid by automatically and continuously detecting the average residual charge in the fluid. Through a certain cycle, even very small particles can "grow" enough to be collected and removed by filters with conventional precision.
Vacuum water removal technology
In the high vacuum state, the boiling point of water drops rapidly, and the difference between the boiling point of oil is very large. In the vacuum water removal system, the oil is heated and stabilized at 70 ° C, and at a vacuum of -0.09MPa, the boiling point of water is about 50 ° C, at which time the water will boil and evaporate. In the vacuum separation chamber, the oil passes through the nozzle to form a coarse particle fog, which greatly increases the evaporation area and improves the evaporation efficiency. After the separation of oil and water, the water vapor generated by boiling is sucked away by the vacuum pump, and the oil is discharged by the outlet pump connected to the vacuum separation chamber.

1 The warranty period is 1 year, lifetime warranty, and the service standard during the warranty period is consistent with that outside the warranty period;
2 Free installation and commissioning of equipment for normal operation, free training of customer equipment use personnel, arrange on-site training guidance, training content including product structure, safe use, daily maintenance and maintenance, independent skilled operation, etc.
3 Establish customer files. During the warranty period, we will learn about the use of equipment from customers every quarter, and pay a return visit to investigate the use of users at least twice a year outside the warranty period.
