vacuum evaporators are ideal for use in industrial waste and process water treatment, with a maximum capacity of 250 tonnes of distillate every 24 hours. Completely computer based for continuous function without an operator, WSDevaporators allow high concentration ratios and good separation levels, as well as recycling and a decrease in volumes to be disposed.
These evaporators are low energy consumption and low CO2 footprint systems that treat industrial wastewater, with capacities from 1 to 250 tonnes/day, and can be used in multiple applications.
WSD vacuum evaporators are ideal for wastewater and process water treatment. They can also be used for manufacturing processes where removal of water from a product is required. Sizes range from less than 1 tonne per day up to 250 tonnes per day. These systems are fully automated in both operation and cleaning. Very high levels of water removal can be achieved. Energy consumption and space required for WSD evaporators is considerably lower than other evaporation technologies.

Technical introduction

The operation of the water pump generates a vacuum, the evaporator automatically feeds water, and the operation of the compressor generates heat to heat the wastewater in the evaporation tank. Under the vacuum state, the temperature of the wastewater rises and begins to evaporate, and the preheating is completed.
Evaporation process
The evaporation temperature is set at 35-40°C. The compressor compresses the refrigerant to generate heat. While the water evaporates rapidly, the refrigerant absorbs the heat to cool through the expansion valve. The waste water is reheated by compressing and heating through the compressor. If there are bubbles rising during the evaporation process, after the sensor detects, the defoamer is automatically added to defoam, and after one cycle is completed, the concentrated liquid starts to be discharged (the time of one cycle can be set).
Concentrate discharge
After one evaporation cycle is completed, the compression pump stops working, the pneumatic valve of the concentrate pipeline is opened, the evaporation tank is pressurized, and the concentrated hydraulic pressure is poured into the concentration barrel.
