Winsonda Balanced Charge Purification technology creatively combines proprietary balanced charge technology and mechanical filtration technology to discharge fluid at a specific frequency and intensity of dynamic change, and determines the distribution of pollution particles in the fluid by automatically and continuously detecting the average residual charge in the fluid. Through a certain cycle, even very small particles can "grow" enough to be collected and removed by filters with conventional precision.
Coalescence separation dehydration technology
Wassunda's coalescence separation dehydration technology uses two filters specifically designed for dehydration of hydrocarbon media - coalescence and separation. As shown in Figure 2-2, the oil first flows through the coalesce filter, which has a special dual function of filtering and coalesce water. The high-precision filter layer in the coalescence filter can effectively block the solid particles in the oil, and the demulsification coalescence layer can coalesce the tiny free water in the oil to form water beads. The separation filter element has good hydrophobicity, when the oil flows through the separation filter element, the oil can pass, and the small water droplets are effectively intercepted outside the filter element, and then clustered into large water droplets for settlement, and the separation of the oil is completed.
Resin technology
Winsonda WVDJ series oil purifiers Shear stress in the lubrication system leads to automatic degradation of oil, which is the root cause of sludge/film contamination. When these stresses are present, soft contamination can be caused, leading to control failure. For turbines, the low flow areas present in the lubricating oil system are particularly prone to oil degradation. When the turbine is running, because the oil temperature is high, these by-products of oil degradation are highly tolerable and not easy to be removed by electrostatic adsorption technology, and the ionic resin adsorption technology can remove soluble paint film products in the oil. As shown in Figure 2-3, the ionic resin displaces the acid oxides formed in the oil by releasing ions, rapidly removing the dissolved paint film and reducing the MPC value. At the same time, the ionic resin can quickly remove the deterioration products (colloidal and acidic products) that can not be adsorbed by other conventional adsorbents, thereby reducing the acid value of the oil and improving the emulsification performance of the oil.

1 The warranty period is 1 year, lifetime warranty, and the service standard during the warranty period is consistent with that outside the warranty period;
2 Free installation and commissioning of equipment for normal operation, free training of customer equipment use personnel, arrange on-site training guidance, training content including product structure, safe use, daily maintenance and maintenance, independent skilled operation, etc.
3 Establish customer files. During the warranty period, we will learn about the use of equipment from customers every quarter, and pay a return visit to investigate the use of users at least twice a year outside the warranty period. Record the operating status and maintenance of the equipment. If on-site processing is required, our company will arrange after-sales service personnel to deal with the problem on site, and maintain the equipment to ensure long-term effective work of the equipment;
4 If the equipment fails, the customer can arrive at the scene within 48 hours for disposal.
