Working Priciple
The working principle of WJYJ series oil purifier is to filter the oil through the filter element.
Winsonda WJYJ series oil purifier is equipped with pressure switch and differential pressure switch. The function of the pressure switch is pressure protection, when the oil pressure exceeds the set value, the pressure switch makes the oil pump stop immediately to ensure the safety of the equipment. The differential pressure switch is installed between the oil inlet and outlet pipes of the pre-filter. When the pre-filter is blocked, there is a pressure difference between the oil pressure entering the pre-filter and the oil pressure coming out of the pre-filter. When the pressure difference reaches 3.5bar, the device will alarm and stop.
In addition, the WJYJ series oil purifier has short circuit protection, overload protection and other protection programs to provide protection for the machine to run for a long time.

1 The warranty period is 1 year, lifetime warranty, and the service standard during the warranty period is consistent with that outside the warranty period;
2 Free installation and commissioning of equipment for normal operation, free training of customer equipment use personnel, arrange on-site training guidance, training content including product structure, safe use, daily maintenance and maintenance, independent skilled operation, etc.
3 Establish customer files. During the warranty period, we will learn about the use of equipment from customers every quarter, and pay a return visit to investigate the use of users at least twice a year outside the warranty period. Record the operating status and maintenance of the equipment. If on-site processing is required, our company will arrange after-sales service personnel to deal with the problem on site, and maintain the equipment to ensure long-term effective work of the equipment;
