Winsonda WVD varnish removal unit
Varnish is a composite oxide formed after lubricating oil or hydraulic oil ages. It is common in high-temperature, high-pressure, high-speed rotating mechanical lubrication and hydraulic systems. The byproducts formed by the oxidation and decomposition of lubricating oil contain a large number of polar components, which are easily deposited on the metal surface to form varnish. The deposition of varnish is an important reason for the reduction of compressor unit reliability.
WVD-III uses ion exchange resin and high-precision mechanical filter element. While removing particulate impurities, ion exchange resin-DICR™ can remove soluble pollutants in turbine oil to ensure the decline of MPC indicators.
Because most of them are soluble during the operation of the turbine, these products will only form precipitation when they reach saturation. When the soluble varnish is adsorbed and removed, the suspended and precipitated varnish will be reversely dissolved into the oil and further removed.
WVD-III is mainly used in the following industries:
1. Petrochemical: for example, centrifugal compressors for process gases, such as ethylene compressors, propylene compressors and air separation units
2. Coal chemical: for example, centrifugal compressors for process gases, such as circulating gas compressors, raw gas compressors and air separation units
3. Air separation: for example, air compressors and boosters

5. Others: In large steel mills and chemical material companies, paint removal equipment is also used because of the existence of air separation units

Winsonda WVD series oil purifier uses electrostatic adsorption technology, which uses a circular high-voltage electrostatic field to make the pollution particles in the oil respectively show positive and negative electronegativity. As shown in Figure 2-1 (a), positive and negative electric particles swim in the direction of negative and positive electrodes respectively under the action of electric field force, and neutral particles are crowded and moved by the charged particles. Finally, all particles are adsorbed on the collector to completely remove pollutants in the oil. As shown in Figure 2-1 (b), charged particles can strip a large amount of mud, paint film, and colloidal dirt attached to the component.
Electrostatic adsorption technology can remove the insoluble sludge/paint film in the oil and the paint film already attached to the components as early as possible in the process of oil degradation. A large number of cases have proved that the principle of electrostatic adsorption can remove the hard and soft pollutants in the submicron level into the oil during the oil cycle. At the same time, through the flow of oil particles with static electricity, the sludge impurities, paint film and oxides attached to the tank, pipe wall and components are washed and adsorbed to bring out, so that your system is away from sludge/paint film pollution. Visanta's electrostatic adsorption technology improves sludge/film removal by at least 200% compared to other comparable technologies.
Resin technology
Winsonda WVD series oil purifiers use ionic resin technology to remove soluble contaminants. Shear stress in the lubrication system leads to automatic degradation of oil, which is the root cause of sludge/film contamination. When these stresses are present, soft contamination can be caused, leading to control failure. For turbines, the low flow areas present in the lubricating oil system are particularly prone to oil degradation. When the turbine is running, because the oil temperature is high, these by-products of oil degradation are highly tolerable and not easy to be removed by electrostatic adsorption technology, and the ionic resin adsorption technology can remove soluble paint film products in the oil. As shown in Figure 2-2, the ionic resin can displace the acid oxides formed in the oil by releasing ions, quickly remove the dissolved paint film, and reduce the MPC value. At the same time, the ionic resin can quickly remove the deterioration products (colloidal and acidic products) that can not be adsorbed by other conventional adsorbents, thereby reducing the acid value of the oil and improving the emulsification performance of the oil.

1 The warranty period is 1 year, lifetime warranty, and the service standard during the warranty period is consistent with that outside the warranty period;
2 Free installation and commissioning of equipment for normal operation, free training of customer equipment use personnel, arrange on-site training guidance, training content including product structure, safe use, daily maintenance and maintenance, independent skilled operation, etc.
3 Establish customer files.
