 Vacuum water removal technology
In high vacuum, the boiling point of water drops rapidly, far from the boiling point of oil. In the vacuum water removal system, the oil is heated and stabilized at 70ºC, while under the vacuum degree of-0.09MP a, the boiling point of the water is about 50ºC, when the water will boil and evaporate. In the vacuum separation room, the oil forms a coarse grain mist through the nozzle, which greatly increases the evaporation area and improves the evaporation efficiency. After the oil and water are separated, the water vapor produced by boiling is sucked away by the vacuum pump, and the oil is discharged by the oil pump connected by the vacuum separation chamber.

Winsonda WJZ after the oil from the purification tank enters the vacuum oil purifier, it is first passed through the coarse filter to remove some of the larger particles. Then in a certain vacuum state, the heater is used to heat the oil to a suitable temperature, and then the oil is spread in the vacuum tank through the diffusion device to increase the exposed area of the oil. Because the boiling point of water and oil is different under different vacuum conditions, the water boils into water vapor, which is sucked into the condenser by the vacuum pump and discharged, and the oil liquid that has removed the water is transported to the fine filter through the oil pump, and then filtered back to the tank. In the high vacuum state, the boiling point of water drops rapidly, and the difference between the boiling point of oil is very large. In the vacuum water removal system, the oil is heated and stabilized at about 60 ° C, while in the vacuum environment, the water will be violently evaporated. In the vacuum separation chamber, the oil passes through the nozzle to form a coarse particle fog, which greatly increases the evaporation area and improves the evaporation efficiency. After the separation of oil and water, the water vapor generated by boiling is sucked away by the vacuum pump, and the oil is discharged by the outlet pump connected to the vacuum separation chamber.
