Industrial Pain point
Most factories usually treat high salt industrial wastewater through evaporation crystallizer. The existing evaporation crystallizer usually uses traditional steam or electric heating evaporation technology, which consumes high energy, and must be equipped with steam boiler, cold water tower and other equipment, covering a large area.
Operational principle
According to the temperature pressure formula, when the liquid volume is unchanged, the lower the pressure, the lower the liquid boiling point. According to this principle, the low-temperature vacuum evaporator reduces the internal pressure of the evaporator, improves the vacuum degree, reduces the liquid boiling point, and then improves the evaporation speed of the liquid.
Relationship between the boiling point of the water and the vacuum degree
The vacuum degree is maintained at-95 to-97 kPa, and the evaporation temperature is maintained between 40 and 50ºC. Ensure the high heat transfer temperature difference of evaporation in the system, and can reduce the foaming and entrainment of organic matter in the evaporation process.

Technical introduction
The heat pump vacuum evaporator, operating at 35-40 ° C, can significantly reduce the COD of distillate and a small amount of discharged concentrate. The technology is low maintenance cost, automated.
The vacuum evaporator can effectively and simply treat wastewater without using reagents. They are very effective even when traditional technologies are not feasible. With the vacuum heat pump evaporator, the wastewater is converted into two streams: one is highly concentrated, and the other is high-quality water (up to the discharge standard). The evaporator works under vacuum conditions to reduce the boiling temperature of wastewater and reduce energy consumption.
Principle of the vacuum heat pump evaporator
The operation of the heat pump vacuum evaporator is based on making the stock solution reach its boiling point, which is about 35-40 °C under vacuum conditions.
1. Freon (heat medium) is compressed by the compressor, the temperature rises, and the heat is transferred to the waste water in the evaporation tank.
2. After heat transfer, the raw liquid in the evaporation chamber reaches the boiling point (about 35-40 ºC) under negative pressure.
3. Freon after heat exchange of evaporator is cooled through expansion valve.
4. The expanded low temperature Freon makes the temperature of cooling circulating water lower.
5. The low temperature cooling circulating water makes the vapor formed in the evaporation tank condense rapidly to ensure that the evaporation tank is in a negative pressure state.
Therefore, the system doesn't need any other heating or cooling sources.
This means that the process is very beneficial from an economic and management perspective.
